Hello! I'm Finn! I'm an independent games developer, with skills ranging all across the board in media creation.
Ever since I was a kid, I've wanted to create games. I can remember drawing my ideas for video game consoles with colored pencils at the age of six.
This interest and passion for the creation of games has only grown over the years. I released my first game, DashBored, to Steam in 2016 while I was still in highschool. It was a massive amount of work, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. Being able to look at something I had created on my own, and say "Wow! I made that!" for the first time is a feeling I'm never going to forget.
I wasn't done there, of course. Since then, I've continued to create more and more games, gaining new skills and abilities along the way. There's something uniquely satisfying about seeing a work come to life, to see all of the pieces of the game come together to form a cohesive whole. I think that's something that I love in particular about Video Games. The way that so many forms and mediums of art and design meld together into an interconnected work is something really special.
My experiences in game development have allowed me to meet so many people I would have never met otherwise. The world is teeming with untold amounts of people with untold amounts of passion for games, and I think that's really beautiful. Being able to collaborate and become friends with fellow game developers from around the world is something I would have never even thought possible as a kid scribbling imaginary game consoles. I've learned so much in this journey, but I'm far from done, and I hope to continue learning and growing for years and years to come!
